Internet goes out after finishing a mission.

Accessing my arsenal after completing a mission causes my internet to go out entirely, i still have limited network access but none of my devices can access the internet until i reboot the router and wait a few minutes. this only happens in warframe and its only after i exit the arsenal and it tries to save my changes.

it only started a few days ago after not playing for a while so im guessing its from a recent patch maybe
i have wireless internet 

analysing the network ingame shows 'all systems nominal. no UPnP or NAT-PMP'
my network ports are set to 4950&4955
