Chat errors and delayed chat without notification.

Recently, I have noticed many chat errors appear, stuff such as "error 10054" which disallows me from connecting to chat servers. Other errors are not being able to see chat without any notification, however a friend confirmed that he could see what i typed. I'm not sure if this is a user error however because another friend told me they have been getting the same problems recently as well.

Another problem I have been getting is warframe not quitting like usual and actually having to go to task manager to manually do it. I'm not sure if this is related.
