A week has passed and no gifts yet...

Its been a week since tennocon and i dont have neither the ephimera nor the nekros prime.

I could understand the nekros because i got dissconected for a few seconds in the "real space ninja thing" but i watched at least 40m of the last partner stream with bricky and bast, and did not get the ephimera yet, i've read the post adressing the problem but i didnt get neither so i get excluded of the group.

I love the game, the company, i been playing for a year, and even more with another account when i didnt understand anything about the game and i will not quit for this, but it was a deal and i just want to know if they can at least try to fix the problem for everyone, if im wrong then i will shut up, but i just want an answer.

According to a DE's twitter the Ephemera drop was not active for the entirety of the partner segment right before Tennolive: 

The Segment went until 6pm DE time but the drop ended at 5:30. I'm not really sure why they shortened it in a way that wasnt entirely clear (to me atleast) but i think that's the explaination for you not getting the ephemera drop.

I cant explain the missing nekros drop though, a short stutter shouldnt be an issue I think.

I read it fully, even so too many people didn't read the linked post and too many have issues still.

The OP just should summit a ticket and wait to see what happens at this point.

That is not what they did. I tuned in about 5:20 and got the ephemera np. (Also Nekros prime) There has to be another reason the OP did not get the gifts.
