Have we heard anything about any other new Dojo rooms to be added in? I still feel like the Dojo system is incredibly bare. Right now it just feels like a creative space for people to build pretty rooms. Okay, so we have the research labs, but beyond that, nothing really interesting. No real reason to care about the space. I'll walk through the featured dojos just looking at how creative some players get (and yes, it's impressive!) but... I want it to feel like a real home base. (Not that my clan is any bigger than me and the wife right now, but I feel little motivation to change that) While we all have our own Orbiters, it would be cool if we could manually set the Dojo as our "Home" and then access all our usual Orbiter features inside the Dojo - Arsenal, Navigation, Operator room, Foundry, etc etc. Toss in a choice of different Dojo Cephalons, even. Then take it to the next level, and add in Zaw and Kitgun construction, holographic communications methods for interacting with Syndicates, special "conservatories" that give us more power over the genetic editing of our beast companions (this would be a good way to expand on what beasts we have - virmink, bolarola, kubrodon...), a "robotics lab" for moas (and maybe other robotic companions like hyenas and raptors...), and so much more. Right now the dojo system seems to be a great foundation with much potential... that hasn't been tapped into. Steve has been talking about wanting to connect the whole game together more cohesively, and this is one way that could be done. SnowWarFr Posted July 14, 2019 Share Posted July 14, 2019 Hmm... well they'll have to do something to increase interaction over there like: Enter the Simulacrum at Dojos instead of at Cephalon Simaris' Defend the Dojo against raids like The Stalker, the Grineer, the Corpus, the Sentients, the Infested, and Kuva Liches They could take it to the next level after that and insert little interactions to make it feel like a Toontown world: Play Music with Octavia at certain spots or Dance Rooms Water the plants Tend the plants Sit on a bench Play Komi Spoiler (From The Sacrifice) Spoiler Make an Operator "Exclusive" Room Play Hide-and-Seek Take your Archwing and Go Outside the Dojo for fun Then Decorate the "OUTSIDE" of your Dojo Turning the Dojo into your base won't be enough, in my opinion. Aside from the raid thing, that it goes against lore (not that that stops anything) from the Dojo's supposedly being like a pocket of space only the tenno can get into, I love the ideas of these! I'd really like to push for the Dojo to be a hangout, not just a means to research more crap. I like all the objects they've given us thus far, realllly wish they'd go through and optimized/update the older objects to be more inline with the current system. Never thought about the Hide n' Seek, that sounds like fun. Having a room you can build that creates a Archwing area would be neat, maybe even having like a big Lunaro area or something of the sort (I mean if Steve wants a k-drive park, is this really asking for too much?) I'd fully support a Simarus room too, give us the simulcrom and a single spot to practice/do our next MR test (I mean instead of 30 spots, one with a menu system would be much better anyway.) I definitely want usable seating, I like putting benches everywhere, but it does feel silly that I'll never be able to use them. Well I mean... the Stalker figured out how to get onto our Orbiter. I remember CoH/X bases being able to do inter-guild conflict things, where you'd design your base to defend against a raid from the opposing faction.
