Achievement Tracking Error

After playing for about two weeks, I've leveled a few weapons. 

Something I noticed was at certain points, like level 10, some sort of achievement would appear letting me know that I got a dagger, for instance, to level 10. The way it read to me, it sounded like I would need to get a few different daggers to level 10 to complete the achievement. 

However, once I got that same dagger to level 11, the acievement showed up again reporting that I had gotten two daggers to level 10. Repeat for every consecutive level until the acievement was completed. 

The same thing was happening with every weapon class I had. Completing 5 weapons to level 10, when I only had 1 class of that weapon in my inventory at all.
