Make all abilities that hold enemies drop dead enemies like Strangledome.

Been playing a few matches with some frames with various CC abilities and some of them seem to drop/despawn while others do not. 

One of the ones that doesn't is Nezhas Divine Spears, where you kill the enemies but they persist in a suspended state even after dead. Which can lead to confusion when you are dealing with a room full of speared enemies. Which could be cleared up by having the spears despawn when the enemy in question is dead. 

I feel like all of the CC frames with similar "grab and hold" mechanics could use a QoL pass to make sure that they also all have a similar "drop on death" mechanic to that which was added to Strangledome.
