Take My Lost 3 Formas!

allright...

Yesterday i try polarize my gun, forma successfully used but my rifle not polarized! (petition #67443)

 

Today i have 5 formas (have 6, but im use one), 10 min ago after forma alert i just check my foundry and found only 3 formas!! so... after this i have only 1 question - WHAT THE HELL??
