KeKoSlayer29
Not entirely sure if this is the correct forum location for this type of post so sorry if it's not. I was thinking of a QOL feature for the scanners I think would really benefit a lot of people, especially people farming plants for the apothics. Basically, it would be great if we were able to select anything in the codex that we've fully scanned (so it's green) back to orange (or different color to differentiate) so it's easier to spot that item. Say you needed 1 specific type of plant to make your apothic, you select that plant you need, and it is FAR easier to find them in the sea of green objects. Another thing is rare crates. I personally do not scan rare crates so they always stay orange. This upsets me because I'm a completionist, and others that have already scanned them fully cannot benefit the same thing I can. What is everyone's thoughts on this?
(PSN)robotwars7
heh, I'd just prefer a new way of getting the plants. If I have to make a giant Greenhouse in my dojo, I'll gladly do so if it means never having to stare at Vestan Moss ever again.

People could make such incredible looking structures for it all to really tie it all in. Perhaps it could take some time to grow, stay around for a while to give people time to scan, and then it dies and you need to regrow. Or possibly when it grows it gets added to some type of "vault" so people can take what they need when they need it. (But at a limit per day probably so 1 person doesn't take thousands of it) Edited July 15, 2019 by KeKoSlayer29
-Krism-
As a person using the synth scanner for infinite charges, I can tell you that green is better than orange

That would be a great use of the Dojo, but first we'd need more reasons to use plants. Apothics are kinda limited use...

FatalPapercut
Scanning flowers to collect them doesn't make sense in the first place. Should be able to cut them down like the small trees in the open world maps. Then plant the drops in the dojo, have them grow over a few days/a week, then harvest. Add a few craftables that let you use the pigments from the flowers for dojo colors, instead of the current system that requires you to kill unrelated enemies. (NSW)Sk0rp1on
I just want some kind of gear hotkey for controllers. best you can do is assign desired gear to a cardinal direction and just memorize it.

What is everyone's thoughts on this? Why not just rework Helios to auto-scan everything that isn't an enemy or a crate? Maybe an augment mod or something that scans plants regardless if they're completed in codex?
