XB1 didn't get Personal Quarters BP after WW quest

So I completed the War Within quest a few days ago but didn't notice I was missing the BP until today after I finished the Chains of Harrow quest (great quest by the way, made me jump more than a few times) earlier today. I looked in my inbox and couldn't find the message from Ordis, figured maybe I was blind and deleted all my read messages hoping to see it, no luck. has anyone else had this issue? I've restarted the game and my xbox, neither worked. help?

do plz check your foundry as no way your missing the personal quarters bp.
tho if you are missing it plz contact DE staff in a support ticket to have them get you a new copy
