HELP!!! I'm stuck in the speed run room on a sortie lua mission

I'm stuck in the last part of the speed run room and I don't want to just quit because I just got a rare crate and got the mantis avionics and a forma. I've tried /unstuck but it just keeps saying you have been unstuck and doesn't do anything. I don't know what else to do please help I finally got a rare crate and a mantis part after many years now and I don't want to lose it.

Well maybe I'm late.. make a screenshot of the rewards or a video about the whole situation, if you can. The game will throw you out because of being inactive, but support may be able to help you if you send them a ticket with the pic/video as proof.

And nevermind. I'm not worried since I just checked to see which mantis parts I have and of course I have 2 avionics blueprints and one avionics already made which is the part I lost. So now the worst thing I lost was the forma but I have plenty of forma blueprints. Thanks anyways for the help. I'll try to remember that advice the next time something like this happens.

For next time, there should be a button to shoot above the door to get out. I got stuck in there once and had trouble finding my way out as well.
