Heavy-Impact Could Be Worth The Space.

-Make the base cost of the mod two, four.

-Reduce the height required to initiate blasts, so Excalibur doesn't need a maxed out super jump to get a minimal cast.

-Add a stun (no it's not op).

-Jump melee attacks should activate heavy impact.

-Two points is pretty trivial.

 

-I'm less concerned with the height needed as how landing on an enemy, or mistiming a ground attack can cause it to not work consistently.

 

-It already knocks targets down.

 

u cant activate it with super jump while standing u have to move/sprint and jump

 

You can activate it while standing, you just need more height than normal.

 

+45% power strength is more than enough to activate it every time from a standing start without even using a ground attack.
