Tennocon Stream Rewards

I received the Nekros Prime, but not the ephemera...

I had the stream on for a long while on Twitch, and the fact that I got the frame seems to indicate that it recognized that I was watching, so it seems odd that I did not receive the other item. (And yeah, I watched panels and not just the TennoLive at the end, such as the Trivia contest, etc.)

Anyone else have a similar experience, or know of a fix?

did you watch befoe they did the main tennocon panel or just watched when they were showign off upcoming stuff

Yep, watched panels prior to that as well.
