Fan Gause Kit

Hello Everyone me and my friend SHL1952 on ps4 have been discussing a Gause Kit.

Passive: He would have a speedometer that would build up from abilities and the higher it gets the higher the chance of him taking no damage from any attacks.

1st Ability: buff to his attack speed and fire rate. While he uses his weapons with the buff he will generate speedometer
2nd Ability: Exhaust drains the speedometer. It does fire and blast damage to enemies around him will have a 45% chance to proc on a the enemies around him.
3rd Ability: Drains the speedometer but gives a speed buff. 
4th Ability: To be determined (we are thinking something that will generate the speedometer but we cant think of what will make the ult good)

3rd Ability: Drains the speedometer but gives a speed buff. 
4th Ability: mobile slow debuff on enemies. the slow is centered on the player. the more enemies effected the more the speedometer will increase.
