Duration Glitch

I was tinkering with one of my Ash Prime's other mod configurations when I noticed that it had 1% more duration than my normal setup despite having the same duration affecting mods. The only difference I found was the positions of Primed Continuity and Transient Fortitude so I swapped them around in my main config and sure enough it gave me and extra 1% duration. It doesn't seem to actually be affecting my abilities because my Smoke Screen lasts for 18.12 seconds either way so I assume this is just a weird visual glitch.
