No Bait while Waiting on Ticket

I submitted a ticket for a different issue several months ago and received what I assumed was a canned auto-generated response that day.  Over the course of the next few days my issue was resolved.

Two days ago I submitted a ticket about no longer having the #2 option for bait when equipping a fishing pole.  I've used bait many times in the past, but at some point the option to do so (the number two itself actually) disappeared despite the bait being clearly in my inventory.

I understand it often takes time to resolve issues, but I'm a little concern my ticket hasn't even been acknowledged.  Is this actually the norm and I was simply lucky to get an acknowledgement the first day?

I suspect I'll never complete the rare fish in Plains Nightwave challenge.  I cannot change or throw in any bait of any kind and swapping the pole changes nothing.

Yeah support times are generally 1 to 2 weeks unless the issue is incredibly simple to solve. 

It also depends on how many tickets they have on hand.

I really appreciate the offer.  It turns out there are "subset" keybindings I never noticed.  Somehow my #2 was cleared to no binding.  Problem solved.
