Letter13 Posted July 18, 2019 Share Posted July 18, 2019 Unfortunately as both the first and second pass distributions have completed, your lack of receiving the Ephemera or Nekros Prime indicates that you were not eligible to receive it. This can occur if: your Twitch account and Warframe account were not linked properly, you watched the live Twitch stream without logging in, or were watching a re-streamed broadcast and not the official Warframe Twitch stream. While you can try contacting support for more help regarding your account, they are not issuing the Ephemera or Nekros Prime to individual players.
