[Drop table extract] Relics have replaced Common with Uncommon

The relic content descriptions show "Common" as "Uncommon". The percentages look to be correct. This is occuring for all relics, not just the Lith B4 example provided below.

If you compare the drop chances with other items you will notice that this is correct for how the drop tables list things. It might might be deliberate, or maybe someone hit 'Replace All' without realising.

Understood, though the expectation here is that the description matches the drop chance within the relic (rather than all percentages < ~30% are Uncommon).

Complicated by the drop chance depending on how refined the relic is (I know - there's some subjectivity in this).
