Support ticket account related

Question

I can't play at all right now since when I try to log in and play it sends a code to registered email but the email has been deleted by me like a year ago. There's been 6 days without an answer from support which is honestly kinda insane to me considering it's about account security/account related. I've tried making a second ticket but nothing, is it usually this long for an answer? It feels really bad honestly..

You need access to the registered email which I don't have, since it has been deleted so that doesn't work. All I can do is wait for support but 6 days for this is just insane.

Welcome to 2FA ( two factor authentication ). Lose you email, lose your data. Such a great idea isn't it. And you even have to have this enabled just to trade in game now. It couldn't get any better.

Hope my sarcasm comes through here as I think this is the worst idea ever. It isn't required to play the game ( nor should it ever be a requirement ) so it shouldn't be required to trade in the game.
