Stuck at void fissure relic reward selection after Grustrag Three encounter

I did a Lith Fissure mission today, Exterminate (Grineer) on Hellas (Mars) and just after we completed the mission objective, the Grustrag Three encounter started. One player was AFK at extraction while the other three of went and killed the Grustrag Three, then headed for extraction. However, when the final person reached the extraction point, the loot selection screen did not immediately show up, but instead there was a 3, 2, 1 countdown. Then we were allowed to select loot, but we there was no more countdown and all of us were stuck on the loot screen. I had to Alt+F4. I don't believe I got any loot from the mission (which is a shame, because the relic loot was rare).
