Cant login to my account anymore.

So I've been playing warframe since one of it's early betas and since then I've played it on and off through out the years (800hrs steam + before steam).But the problem is back then I had a different email address and for a very long time I never used that email , couple of years ago I tried changing my email for warframe but for some reason i couldn't (i don't exatly remember the problem).Anyway, a week ago I came back to the game and played it for a while then when I tried to trade, it asked for 2 step verification so I went to the website to change my email in order to activate 2sv but my old email address was blocked (It was an hotmail address) so I contacted windows and explained my situation after that they asked me some questions I answered them but they said they weren't satisfied with my answers and told me "its easier to make a new address at this point". After that I opened a request in warframe's support site explaining the situation , couple of days passed without a reply then I tried logging into the game and it asked for a code that was send to my old email address in order to login... So I updated my request on the support site and a week has passed without answers so I've come here for help.I know I need to be patient but I saw another person that had the same problem as me (this one 

) and s/he waited for 2 months for an answer and even after that from what I can tell s/he lost his account.

Ok, problem solved . It took about 2 weeks for me to get a response from support but when i did they have kept a close contact with me ever since and it only took a day for me to get my account back. So if anybody else has a similar problem know that you'll probably get your account back , it might take some time but you'll get it back . Also I believe the 2 forum post I linked above about the player named Pamlau got his account back too.
