Not sure but for future reference you may want to list max rank stats instead of 0 rank. I can't speak for everyone else but it is hard for me to mentally calculate what final stats would be.

I would guess that this is a fairly unremarkable riven.

Damage is nice but electricity is meh. If the electricity were multishot it would be much more appealing. I'm also not sure how relevant status chance is on this because of the guaranteed toxic cloud.
