Exqualater
Hello. It seems that I have already touched this topic, but I want to tell you more globally about it. Do you remember when I said something about mission loading? So, why not make these downloads 1 time? That is, when I open the plains, they are simply loaded into the game files and remain there until the game is deleted, and then they open already in the game for 1 second. Look, I launch the flat ones and they load in my game files for 3 minutes, and then, when I open them, they will simply “crawl out” of the game files and be shown. Naturally, when there will be updates, these maps in the files will also be updated. For I do not see the point of constantly unloading and loading cards. Jiminez_Burial
That's basically what already happens... All non network/profile data is stored on the users computer and the time it takes to load into missions is bottle-necked primarily by your CPU, RAM and Storage. That's why entirely offline games still have load times, because your computer is moving data from your mass storage into storage (RAM) that your CPU can communicate with faster. Often times load duration is variable in Warframe because the game is setting up a connection with other players and the time it takes to make that connection can vary significantly based on where the computers are in relation to each-other globally, and the speed of the connections themselves. Rawbeard
all that data is already loaded onto your system when a patch happens. do you think you are streaming content everytime you start a mission? or do you think loading screens happen because data has to be downloaded?
