LODESAMONEY
...you get the blueprints for the Frame you want early on in your career (starting brand new on PS4), but one or two of the materials you need for it don't come until much, much later. In this case, I got all my Oberon blueprints before I've even started Venus, but I have no way of getting Control Modules right now, short of buying one for 10p, which would be complete foolishness. So I can't make it anytime soon. Forever Volt, I guess. ;_; Edited July 23, 2019 by LODESAMONEY

(NSW)0nuku
Thankfully I started a couple weeks before Alerts went away, so I was able to get a lot of the stuff I needed for the Ember Prime set I was gifted. Now, most of that stuff can be found in Cetus Bounties if you wait for the right rotation. Or see if a friend in the Recruiting chat can carry you over to a later mission. But then again, I feel it’s kind of designed like this to give you a chance to rank up your starter gear... it’s just everyone’s excited about the “Warframe” part. 844448
In case you can't wait, try asking someone in region chat to take you to the void. You might meet someone having nothing to do that want to bring you there Just remember to loot the whole map

I got a taxi for Teshub, got more modules than I know what to do with now. Just gotta wait for Oberon to build itself now. I would like to find a clan for PS4 though, so I have friends to chat with and do stuff with while I slowly work on charting and mastery, until I can get to the equipment I want (Braton Prime, Lex Prime, Bo Prime, Oberon Prime, Carrier Prime). PM me for an invite. I’ll look you up. You can also go to recruiting here and find one to your liking to try. (XBOX)Unearthlysoap
I felt the same way when I first started! But now I have 17 warframes and I’m about to make two more, trust me it’ll get better, just progress through the planets and you’ll be good! LODESAMONEY
So NOW I have all the parts for Oberon, and I forgot that it takes three days to build a Frame. Like I said, forever Volt.
Oldskinzz
You can get control modules from Maroo ayatan missions in the void. Those alternate with derelict missions so you'll get them in a week, max. However you'll first need to succeed in that mission before you get to keep any drops from it 😁

Teljaxx
Just wait until you try to build Garuda. With a bit of luck, you can potentially get all her blueprints within a few hours of arriving in Fortuna. But you can't build her systems until you get the Marquis Thyst BP, which means you need to get all the way to the second highest rank (Cove) with Solaris United. This can take a very long time depending on your daily standing cap. Even at MR ~20 I ended up having to grind for two weeks to get there, staring at her unusable BPs in my foundry the entire time. I also don't understand why Baruuk's main BP is available one rank below his component BPs. Its not like you can do anything with the main one without the components, so being able to get it early is pointless. Sometimes I really have to wonder if DE actually plans these things out, or just throws it all together without a second thought.
-AoN-CanoLathra-
You could get someone to taxi you to a Void mission. Control Modules drop like crazy there, and it isn't that much higher of level.
