Void Fissure question

This is...kind of an etiquette question. I want to farm void traces to refine some of my relics. So far I've been doing it in solo mode, running missions without a relic selected. Is it considered...rude to run random group missions in this fashion? I know if I don't put in a relic I can't pick a reward at the end, I just like to be polite about these things.

IMO, that's completely fine. Play the game how you want. In terms of the Void Fissures, likelyhood is, they are farming for the relic they had equipped and shouldn't really be bothered by what you have (or don't have) equipped.

I myself don't really mind if someone doesn't have a relic and wants to farm void traces, but I know some people who don't really like it when people "ruin" their chance of getting a good item by having someone without a relic. It depends what kind of person you play with, but most of the time, it shouldn't really matter and you can just go without a relic.
