Small tweaks to atlas for his upcoming prime

Hopefully (if de doesnt skip him again) Atlas will be the next prime. For that reason, and because he is in a poor state at the moment, id like to suggest a few changes to his kit to place him in a better state. 

Passive: Rubble is uncapped and now acts as a resource. 

1: Same, except enemies killed by landslide drop 25 rubble, 50 if petrified. 

2: Atlas places a wall in front of him that has a 45 degree curve. It costs some rubble to cast (like 75 + 10% of total rubble or something) but scales in range with your rubble, so at like 2k rubble (random number, doesnt have to be this) the wall becomes a large ring. Its other scaling with strength and armor are the same. 

3: same range scaling mechanic as tectonics. It costs rubble to cast, but with enough total rubble the petrifying is an AoE ring

4: maybe spawn more rumblers with more rubble?
