Bug on void Fissure after player extracted

Player left after 2 waves of meso void fissures, game continued like normal aside from writing om screen telling us that one player was waiting for extraction when there wasn't. After third wave ended and it was time to choose all three of us that had stayed were stuck on an empty screen where we should've been choosing a new relic reward. Could still chat and use menus but couldn't move in game or proceed with game, had to abort. Lost our rewards including Kronen Prime Blade and Gram Prime Blueprint. Also had beat stalker but didnt notice what he dropped =/. Name of one of the other player was FizzyAlpha. My psn name is Esaw_MF73. Have a picture of it I'll attach.
