No language other than English is used for memo beacon.

It used to be possible, but it's not possible now.

To be precise, non-English alphabets are treated as incorrect characters.

for example. ö, 아, あ, 啊, кий 

This seems to be the same in all language clients. I tested it on English and Hangul clients.

I think this is a bug. :(
