0 Voltage
This is a video made that is rather old, but I farmed many Cetus Wisps this way. I recommend Nova/Nyx/Titania/Itzal as they are all fast. Take a right outside of the Cetus Gate and hit up lakes along a path. Make sure to return to Cetus to refresh spawns and try again! Good luck. Make sure to use Loot Radar mods to see them on the mini-map as well. Edited July 24, 2019 by Voltage
0 Cephalon_Naiture
I just farm the tier 5 bounty as they can give 2 cetus wisps as a bounty stage reward
0 (XBOX)Thang Hung
Equip Loot Detector and Animal Instinct (Primed if you have it). Go around the big lake in POE and the smaller lake with the geyser in it. Explore every loot icon that is close to the coast line. Then go back through the gate and rinse and repeat. Wisps spawn at other locations but, imo you are just wasting time flying to all those other small bodies of water. Wisps only spawn in select locations and once you learn them your runs will go faster and faster. Another thing to note is that resource booster do work on wisp so if you can get one somehow it will cut your time in half.
0 (PSN)Deadmennwalking
I get plenty just from doing the POE bounties. Have fun and may RNG be forever in your favor.
0 Lutesque
Nope...no easy ways.... all tedious.... but yes everything said so far works.... Also thankfully DE changed the resource requirements for the Tier 2 & 3 Amp Parts so you no longer need to Farm an additional 90 Wisps to build two more amps.... yes.... that used to be a thing.... 0 taiiat
if you're not interested in Teleporting around the central pools of water with Nova and looping through the Cetus Gate a thousand times, then just Capture a whole bunch of Teralysts. you can build an Amp out of what Parts you do have access to, until you can afford to build the Parts that you want. you'll gain a lot more practice by actually playing the thing rather than not. :) and you can totally still participate. This is probably better.... I had my clan to help me skip 1 Tier so I could save my resources...
