Virteous Tempo should be rework

After Vazarin bug is gone, I think we should have new strategies to make Eidolon hunt more Fun. Maybe new Amp part the increase firerate or rework Virteous Tempo to easier to prog during Eidolon hunting. For me, just sitting for madurai charge and one-shot Eidolon is very boring, I prefer strafing all my bullets more than one-shot. On the other hand, nerf madurai and sniper meta a little bit also fine.
