Pacifying Bolts Augment

The current state of the Psychic Bolts augment, "Pacifying Bolts," is redundant on Nyx and underwhelming. However, I do have a solution. Why not add a modifier to those 6 marked targets that makes them show up through walls and can be targeted by any player. Think of it like the new Argonak Amalgum mod except any player can prioritize these tagged enemies from anywhere. 

I also think the debuff should auto-jump to new enemies within range if killed before the duration is up. That much should be a basic part of the ability.
