Future Nintendo switch account migration?

Does anyone know if there will be any future chances to migrate PC accounts over to the switch I've been playing for a few months but it was after the January deadline that I started. I enjoy the game greatly however there are only two others in my friend group that have PC's and all of us have switch's and starting over is the only thing keeping us from playing.

XB1 and Ps4 didn't have another one in 4 years

I think they only do one migration at launch from PC to whatever the new platform is. that is not entirely up to DE either, so I would not hold my breath. maybe when Microsoft and Nintendo go full hog on that cross play things will make it easier to just play on whatever with whatever account, but that is just speculation fueled by being completely baffled that Microsoft and Nintendo seem to be working togheter on cross play features.
