Gliched Spy Vault On Pavlov

So I've just ran Pavlov on Lua and I ran into a glitch in one of the spy vaults. The glitch is in the vault where you go into the past and do the training thing where you jump onto a platform and latch onto it, you then shoot the floating orb so that another platform spawns for you to jump on. The problem is that when I try to start the platform to platform jumping by shooting the orb at its starting position the first platform does not spawn so I can't really progress with the vault so I have to automatically fail the vault and move on to the others or abandon the mission. After the first encounter with the glitch I re-logged into Warframe again and tried it again but the same thing occured. The map was fine earlier today when I farmed for blood rush, so I think the hotfix may have something to do with this.

I have the same problem, it doesn't matter if it is a public or a solo game.

The only way you can actually progress with it is having a weapon with punch through for some odd reason. I used Excalibur to see if exalted blade could hit it. It did, and aborted the mission to slap on punch through on my Tigris prime. That also worked and allowed me to continue. For some reason the hit box in inside the orb instead of on the face plate. With other buttons you can see it's hit box with the health bar displaying above it.
