Nezha goes through terrain

Nezha's Blazing Chakram can go through bits in the Plains of Eidolon. This happened to me twice so far, and I think its the more sloped parts of the map that the Chakram will go through. When I reactivated I was trying to teleport to go revive a teammate faster, but I just end up doing this.

I had this issue when I hopped in a Dargyn on the Plains of Eidolon, the Dargyn broke and disappeared and put me into what I can only call "Warframe Creative Mode". I was able to phase through terrain, and water in what was a zero-gravity environment.
