Alliance/clan chat issue

I was wondering if the kick/ban system would be changed, because Alliance leaders of my or anyone else's clan don't have the ability to kick Warlords of founding Warlords of any of the clans even when their permissions in the alliance are all off. I have even had the issue where I cannot kick Warlords even when I am the founder of the alliance. Now this doesn't mean it isn't how it's supposed to be, but It can be a very big issue when needing to maintain and manage such alliances. I feel like the founder should at least of complete control over kicking and such things.
