There are going to be people that disagree and agree for ever as long as this game lives on throughout its life. We have never gotten a chance to have these items released to console, there should be a 1 time event for 1 week or 2 weeks long and bring the packs to consoles for its original price. PC players already had their chance to get their founders pack, us console players feel left out and would like the pack to come at least one time to console. Now if your a founder and dont want these items to become available on time on Xbox then you are selfish because us having the founders items on Xbox and PS4 doesn't bother PC because they are 2 separate systems. No one on consoles is a founder because there is no way to be one. DE is more then capable of making this founders pack available on console we just need people to stand up and let them know this is what we would like in the next release for a pack. not some Wukong rework like come on guys as a community we can make anything possible. if your one of the guys that say it will never com out than your supporting DE not bring the pack out instead of helping bring it out. Console came after pc so they did not put the pack on there and they should've because War frame is 1 game not 2. All platforms should have all the characters evenly. Regardless of whether they can or can't, they've never attempted it, and Umbra was never part of any sort of exclusive agreement, they made sure that Umbra along with the other Chinese promotional stuff were only time limited and not exclusive. Even if consoles and PC are separate platforms, they'd still be on grounds of fraud if they tried distributing content that was previously locked behind a cost.
