How to get heat dagger?

Hey so i was recently going through my profile and noticed i didn't have heat dagger. When i go to the market it says "Blueprint can be aquired from Nightwave Cred Offerings." When i go to offerings there is a heat sword, but no heat dagger. Is this a bug, or was it only available during the last nightwave?

The Heat Dagger blueprint can be acquired from the Nightwave Offerings.
