Defense Extraction Issue

Was doing a general Defense mission on Hydron, Sedna when the issue occurred. Had the general player wanting to leave at Wave 5; after he went to select extraction, and force leaving the party soon after the rest of us (3 players) went to extract from the mission. Was forced into the next 5 waves even after having selected the Extract option at the end of Wave 5 and the player force-quitting the mission. The next 5 weren't difficult, but could maybe occur on other Defense missions if it's a general bug outside of Hydron.
