Negative Number Of Consumables In Inventory

While trying to equip some consumables, my client locked, couldn't get back to the previous screen, then I noticed I had equipped -4 pistol ammo boxes, obiously wrong. ALT-F4 got me out of the game, when I logged back, those items wheren't equipped anymore, but in my inventory I found I had -12 Sniper ammo boxes too.

 

So either I owe you guys some ammo boxes, or it's a bug.
