(PSN)WakeYourGhost Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 So, I watched a good deal of Tennocon with my Girlfriend. She was on her laptop, I was on my phone. She got the Drops, I didn’t. We both had our Twitch accounts linked, both had stable internet, both got absurdly hyped like children over announcements and cringed so hard at some parts of the Cosplay contest that we actually shriveled up in to dried husks of our former selves. All in all, good times. A busy day, but we managed to watch a fair amount of it. So, She received her guaranteed rewards promptly, but the RNG for this loot roll was not in my favor. I got nothing. Support told me basically - Your account is linked, but we can’t give you anything. I even followed up with a message about all factors that were present (Device and the such) and said that I hope it could help them figure out what went wrong so next time there is a Drop, there won’t be any issues. Same message, basically. Busy time for everyone. Anyways - I was just wondering if anyone else didn’t get their Drops despite everything going smoothly? what device were you on? Was anyone else using the same network as you? Were you on Wifi? Were you on the same net as the one you use to play? Did every Friend you have and everyone in your Clan get it and now they wear it constantly, especially on the Frames you were vocal about using it on, and even mimic your specific chosen color scheme and accessory choices just to remind you what you too could have had would Luck have been on your side or the Support team had had a way to correct your lack of justly earned rewards? Just curious - Partially for the sake of collecting information, partially in the hopes that I’m not the only one. Everyone’s Saryn looks so nice with those pretty flowers, though... NovusNova Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 Tennocon drops was addressed previously and a script was run to sort out issues with the drops. If you didn't get the drops then for whatever reason (Watching while not being logged into twitch, watching a different channel that was streaming tennocon off the official channel, accounts not being linked correctly etc.) the drops system didn't think you were eligible for the drops and support are unable to add drops to individual accounts as they have no evidence to prove the eligibility of those accounts.
