(XBOX)Avant Solace
For most of Warframe, Teshin is just... there. Most people don't even know who he is until he just barges into your comms during the Natah quest. Yeah he's the director of the Conclave, but hardly anyone actually plays that anymore (and those that do are so try-hard that newer plays can't get anywhere in it). And really this is a bit of a shame because his character has so much potential (as peaked in the War Within quest). So we really need SOMETHING that brings him to the forefront and makes him overall more relevant. I propose a new event: The Neural Pontiff. Summary: The Orokin's overseeing defense mechanism, the Neural Sentry, has malfunctioned and gone on the offensive. In doing so it is now mass-producing and controlling prototype Warframes. Teshin steps in to rally the Tenno and put their training to the test. Similar to "Plague Star", Tenno must do a series of missions to gain access to the Neural Sentry's systems, cull the Proto-Frames, and repair the Sentry bit by bit. Each completion will reward Conclave standing and provide and alternative means to accessing Teshin's more valuable wares, as well as giving him a bit more screen time. Thoughts? iLightning13
That actually sounds pretty neato. I'd like something like that.

Voltage
I don't like the idea of giving PvP rewards for PvE missions. I am all for more variant modes as events like Quick Steel or that Valentines one with the Paris. I feel that all the conclave rewards are nice enough to feel rewarding and unnecessary enough that you can easily skip out on them. It's already generous that you can purchase the Riv Elite armor for Platinum. Edited August 1, 2019 by Voltage

The Conclave's cosmetics are rather beautiful, but require an insane amount of PvP grinding to get. As the Conclave is so underused and overall nonenjoyable, it makes little sense to keep them totally locked behind that grind. After all the point of a game is to fun, not a chore. It's not that much grind. Weeklies give a large chunk of reputation. It makes perfect sense to keep PvP related cosmetics within PvP. The point of the game is for fun, but it's also meant to have progression systems. If you want PvP cosmetics/mods, you need to progress conclave. If not, you can skip out on that section of the game and not miss much. Edited August 2, 2019 by Voltage

Fair point, but at the same time you have to consider this would be a limited-time event. Players would have about 2 weeks to gain standing via this alternative means, then go back to things being Conclave-exclusive. It'd be a good way for people who REALLY want to progress in Conclave to get a boost, while putting a bit more life into the Conclave after the event ends. Then this is a PVE Alert Mission/Event then? linking Conclave benefits to this is like killing Conclave (PVP aspects, essence, etc.) itself?

Well to be fair Conclave is already kinda dead. So few people actually play it that its near impossible to get a full lobby nowadays. If anything this may actually stimulate Conclave as it would bypass some of the grinding for a limited time, allowing players to jump into Conclave later without having to worry about the hours of grinding they'll need to put in just to be at the rank needed to purchase most items. Do a proper & sane question to yourself: Do people honestly & actively play PvP anymore in warframe? Maybe you might get a rare few who do it, but its basically as much as a forgotten corner of content to D.E. as to the players, since its either a mess or just plain boring, except to maybe people who setup things to have matches between each other, if there is even a private match setup for conclave. Honestly, i would rather they make it into a PvE based content with the OPTION for pvp, basically just have training specters be used & maybe allow the option to customize which ones you fight against to allow people to practice against certain loadouts, maybe having a bonus standing if you just go all random. Plus another bonus if you are fighting a pvp opponent, but definitely aim for making it for smaller group skirmishes to avoid match-making issues if it gets left in the dust like conclave currently is. That way people can still hunt down the standing goods the conclave gives and let people still have fun if they can`t match make with any other players, plus as a way to shorten out long match-making times. It would be nice as a way of an excuse to expand on the simulacrum too, such as letting you use different maps and fighting X enemies to practice certain scenarios. Since honestly, i would like to have practice modes for certain time limited bosses like Eidolons, maybe even get the ability to do a practice fun on Profit taker solo, but have the option to switch off all enemies except maybe heavy units to see how much different it is without the mob force. But thats just me getting on a slight tangent on wanting expansion to both old & simplistic content that has yet to receive much expansions/improvements to them. Never the less, even a sand-box like mode for Pseudo-PvP like fun would be more fun then what conclave & Lunaro is currently like. But that might just be me enjoying dragon quest builders 2 a bit too much.

I'm getting right at ya'... it bothers me that the Conclave is their very boundary of PVP system noticing PVE is adopting from it (Nef's Index, Kela's Arenas) while PVP is still plain PVP. BTW are we to far from having a Clan to Clan Invasion? [not to spoil]

BTW are we to far from having a Clan to Clan Invasion? [not to spoil] That was a ancient system that basically got either scrapped or is not even used anymore aka the solar rails. Where its suppose to be something like invading other people`s dojos to reach the power core if your clan and another built solar rails on the same dark sector map, basically contesting who got the rights to tweak the bonuses and other things on a dark sector map, with maybe only a % of the credits/resources you got were pinched from what you obtained on those maps, though the huge % modifier bonuses easily made up for it. Its honestly even WORST off then pvp, since pvp got lunaro atleast if i recall? Either way, they might as well be both removed and the loot gotten from tenshin is obtainable thru some other means.
