A simple change to Garuda that would at least make her more enjoyable

Garuda can keep airborne by using her abilities. Mainly through her 4 and the channelled aspect of her 1. It looks and feels cool, even if the clearing potential is on the slow side. The combo really gives off blood-mage vibes.

Unfortunately you need to dive into enemies to reset her shield each time, and you can't really string her ability combo along without that. The other problem with this is that you dive into melee, which is sort of counter-intuitive for her tiny directional shield.

I suggest that the first part of her 1 ability be made ranged, so she can keep cycling the combo until she needs to use her 2 to replenish life. It's a relatively low-scope change that would help bring her kit together. It would also be nice if you could aim her shield downwards.

She'd still sort of suck, but her kit would feel slick.

That's actually very creative. Unfortunately the Harpak's harpoon is slow as hell and has bad drop. Is there anything that does this better?

Edit: Just tried it. A little too difficult and unreliable.

At the moment, she behaves like a harpy, pounces on the enemy. The only thing I would give her is endless jumps in the air.

My suggestion is to replace that dive with something like pulling the enemy to me, or just their blood.

Either way, it's a lot of work to drop a 10m (base) nuke. Things could be a little more practical.

magus lockdown is much better to use for garuda since enemies are stunned and take damage. depending on the enemy level u can insta kill sometimes and at worst they are stunnded. combine it with the pull from zenurik and u probably have the most comfortable non-warframe stun-pull-combo. magus repair on top and it also heals ur frame and other in range.
