As far im aware, there is no way to do so.

You can grab the standalone installer on the page below which is split into 2GB chunks. Download them all to the same folder and then run the exe to install. There will be a small bit of patching afterwards as the installer is a few days old but I think there is only the Wukong deluxe update missing.

if he means steam downloads hella yeah you can pause stream downloads lol you can pause today and continue like 2 years later lol its possible
