iLightning13
Alright then, Tenno. Something's up with Kela. Dog Days, the new Tactical Alert has really opened up our understanding of Kela De Thaym's character. It's a bold new direction for the character. First, note how slurred her speech is. Is this a subtle attempt to imply she's under the influence of some narcotic substance? Perhaps marijuana? Is DE trying to alert us of the dangers of cannabis use, considering Canada's somewhat recent legalisation of the drug? BLINK THREE TIMES, DE, AND WE'LL SEND HELP. This shift from the mass murderer we've all forgotten about to the l33t stoner we'll all come to love is a bold new direction for Warframe's traditional characters. What will we see next, I wonder? Will Salad V become a single mother? Will we have an arc where Umbra overcomes his fear of heights? Stay tuned, folks. Or is there something more sinister at play? Is this perhaps not the Kela we know from Rathuum, and is in fact an imposter?! Maybe some poor intern who was forced to do the voice lines because the original VA wasn't available?? The plot thickens. I'm going under again to find answers. If you don't hear from me soon, I may be dead. Annnoth
You saw her talk about gas. Someone was clearly lighting one up in the back and that was just her excuse to not look like an idiot when she decides to call you up in her stooper for S#&$s and giggles. Now I am changed, reborn through the energy of the Janus Key. Forever bound to the Void. Let it be known, if the Tenno want true salvation, they will lay down their arms, and wait for the baptism of my Janus key. It is time. I will teach these trespassers the redemptive power of my Janus key. They will learn its simple truth. The Tenno are lost, and they will resist. But I, Vor, will cleanse this place of their impurity. (PSN)smb-twisted
she also mentions acid in her video. i think tbh this might be the best explanation, someone in DE replaced the handsanitiser with LSD.

Aldain
...It is a nonsense event in a multiplayer online shooter where we bounce around like jumping beans shooting, stabbing and styling our way through everything that stands in our way. So obviously the answer is aliens have taken over DE.

I told them, if you decide to skip on your pipe checkups, you'll get cracked pipes and gas leaks eventually. But noooo, they said something about 'unnecessary costs' and 'they're never satisfied with our pipes no matter how well we maintain them'. Now look what happened. nslay
It was so hot outside, the Nox squad took their helmets off and made Kela and everyone else high.
CephalonDizzy
Totally. Serious. Answer. For Serious. Lore. Discussion. This event is the prelude to the Duviri paradox. Here's what we know so far: Duviri paradox appears to either have some alternate reality theme or time travel theme. Either way, this paradox is centered around time not behaving in the same way we have come to know. Earth has been heavily polluted due to the Orokin and the Grineer over-exploiting all its resources. Kela de Thaym is the fearsome host of rathuum, supposedly known for her martial skills and voluntarily extended her own service in the Grineer army. Hence she is quite old.by Grineer standards. Grineer are genetically programmed to be genocidal in the name of the queens. When we enter the event, we are greeted by clear blue skies, pure white sand, and crisp clean water. Almost like an island paradise you could find today. Clearly, this is an Earth prior to the age of the Orokin. Natural and pristine. And yet we are pitted in an all out battle against the fearsome Grineer executioners. Something seems amiss, yes! How could we have a pristine pre-orokin earth, yet also encounter the degenerated versions of Grineer, a purely post-orokin creation? The answer, timelines are intersecting. What is this gas Keyla breathed in? It's traces of the VOID! Do you think it's a coincidence that Sedna is connected directly to the void? Clearly, the Grineer have been conducting experiments involving the void, as we often hear Lotus scolding the Grineer for not knowing better prior to entering the Orokin towers. Sedna is simply a base / launching point used by the Grineer to cross over into the void, and over time, they figured out to start pumping material back for analysis. And, possibly due to accident, or due to Kela's actions, some of the void gas escaped. But there is a problem with this. We occasionally see death squads go after us in the void, and sometimes enemies escape through that portal in sabotage missions. So it seems that breathing void material doesn't cause any change in personality or aggression levels. BUT, this gas leak was more than just gas. It was the man in the wall himself! He has escaped out into this system and, having spent so much time in the void, honed in on the first Orokin host he could find. And who within the ranks of the Grineer are orokin? Why, dear little miss Worm of course! And so, Wally, in search of a physical body, possesses Worm, severing her ties with the rest of the Grineer, causing them stop following their genocidal genetic programming and hence explaining Keyla's now calmer demeanor. But it doesn't stop there. With Wally's newfound body, he unleashes wave upon wave of void magic, We, the Tenno, see this threat and head to Sedna to stop Wally and happen upon Keyla, who challenges us to Rathuum. We accept, and upon reaching the arena we are greeted with this strange sight. Wally's void energy is so powerful that it disrupts space time itself. Hence, we see a pre-orokin earth, post-orokin grineer, and a post-queens Keyla all existing in the same time and place. To top it off, we even see Wolf's saturn 6 figutives among the mix. It is clear to us Tenno now. To stop Wally and restore the timelines, we must take advantage of Wally's void power to go back in time. Back to the heyday of the Orokin empire. We must change historical events so that the Zariman 10-0 never enters the void and awakens Wally. In doing so, the Tenno children age normally and do not have void powers. Hence, in the Duviri trailer, the older "Tenno" cannot channel any void abilities at all. And yet, something seems off... If the Tenno were able to stop Wally and have this version of themselves age up normally without interference with the void, why does this adult Tenno still have memories of being able to wield void powers? It seems like timelines are crossing again. Perhaps we will find out once Duviri paradox arrives. TL;DR: Soaktron rivens when, DE?
