Broken war mods

Anyway I could improve this? Any suggestions appreciated

You could definitely improve it, 

I do not know your progress point, but spoiled strike is never a good option outside of niche builds. Reach is also pretty pointless on a low range weapon. 

You may want to get blood rush (drops from one of the Lua missions, I can't remember) and pair it with organ shatter. 

You also want a combo duration mod to maintain higher combos. 

Gladiator mods can fill in until you get those (check cetus bounties). 

Also broken war is merely OK (pre installed catalyst is the only reason I say this), you want a better weapon unless you really really like it.

Sadly, no. Get a better weapon or primed version of those mods, like primed pressure point, reach, fever strike and fury, but this one is a daily login reward

At this point i am mr6 and at neptune. I am struggling to find better melee weapons than the broken war at this stage. Therefore was wondering if i could improve it.

for your level it will suffice, especially if you do not have the means to gain more catalysts,

but definitely get the gladiator mods as first priority if you want to improve.

Gladiator rush (common ,gives + 6 second combo duration), Gladiator might (uncommon, gives 60% Crit damage) and gladiator Vice (rare, gives 30% speed) will provide much better returns for you.

I am basically telling you to rid yourself of the lower half of your mod build and add these mods instead.

and if you are going to PoE , get yourself a Zaw , those will last you longer.
