Stratos Emblem not progressing with Dog Days event.

Was wondering if this was just me, or is anyone elses stratos emblem not progressing when doing the dog days event missions? Still shows i am at rank 4, when i have done the event well over 4 times now, and missions 1-4, not including the previous tactical alert we all had that i also completed.

The stratos emblem only upgrades once for every tactical alert. Doing the same one again grants nothing. Reruns are valid.

So doing missions 1-4 still only counts as +1? I guess that makes sense, if not dissappointing. Thanks
