Orokin labs needs updated

Im trying to redesign my clan dojo by rearranging the rooms in preparation for the Dry dock hanger, but when it came down to the deleting the orokin lab, the prompt upon destory room option says "Room cannot be destroyed while there are active projects being built inside it" but im annoyed to find out that i can't finish whatever's active because of "Researching and constructing Solar Rails or Regiments is disabled during Armistice". Please fix this problem.
