I can only tell you what I use, and how I use it. First up is my daily driver. Speed Rhino. You haven't lived until you've tried Speed Rhino. Possibly a little costly if you do not own, or cannot get Arcane Vanguard helmet. I am not sure if consoles even have this helmet. Anyway, I just throw on Iron Skin and speed around the maps quickly. It's great for spy since stomp can smash camera's, or if you trigger alarms you can't be stopped with Iron Skin up, nor can any thing knock you down. Next would be the lockdown build. In fact, if I didn't have 3 different builds on this Rhino, I could have Natural Talent in here some where for the perfect Hard CC Rhino build. This locks down a huge area and makes it super easy to kill all the floating enemies in your stomp's stasis. Next we have the super high iron skin build. Meant for gaining over 70k iron skin. I have 299 power strength on this build, you're just seeing a reduction because I didn't remove my arcane helmet before screenshotting this. Also works as a buff frame. The idea is to have some energy to Rhino Charge into as many enemies as possible, which is where Stretch comes into play. Once you have the armor from hitting enemies, immediately after you want use your Iron Skin before the Ironclad Charge(aug) wears off, so you gain that sweet high end Iron Skin. Then next up is more specialized build and shouldn't be attempted unless you plan on building another Rhino, or purely buffing. I have multiple Rhino Prime's so it works fine on my second Rhino. I put an Aura forma in him so when needed, I can switch from the extra power strength that I get from Growing Power, over to Corrosive Projection for enemies with Armor, or to Shield Disruption for enemies with shields. I generally get a 181% roar buff on this. I top 200% if an Equinox is around with their aug. This is a super buff Rhino.
0 Llamatronian
You could replace Augur Secrets with with Energy Conversion in that last build to go even higher, but it can sometimes be a pain finding an energy orb. That's sometimes too much of a pain in the butt to get to work. Don't get me wrong, in ESO you'll have plenty of orbs dropping, but with Equinox and Volt, you won't be getting Growing Power to activate as easily. So I suppose it's a toss up of which you wanna use. In any other place, Growing Power works great. Edited August 5, 2019 by Alcatraz

I would say ESO is about the worst place for Energy Conversion, because you'll never have it up at the start of the round. Right when everyone is grouped up and Saryn at least needs the buff most before she ramps up herself. A flat bonus is probably better there. 0 Xzorn
Rhino is a frame that grows as your gear does so there's going to be some variations in builds. He's also capable of focusing on different roles though I've found specializing to be oddly niche for Rhino where usually it's ideal for most frames. You can go Iron Skin, Roar, Stomp or Optimal uses. I personally find a good amount of everything works best. You only need a Roar build for Eidolons or some very specific group buff roles where you're being protected by another team mate and Stomp is only reliable against Grineer as a primary CC option. This is an example of an Adv optimal uses Rhino. Avg Iron Skin values 100-160k, 135% Roar with good Duration and a functional 25m, 10s Stomp. Since Iron Skin gains no mitigation from any source; speed is Rhino's best friend to actively mitigate damage so I use his Arcane Vanguard helm, Amalgam Serration and Rush for just shy of 2.0 Sprint Speed. Rhino plays esp well with Slash Bleed weapons so lean on Slash proc weapons. For lower end gearing you may want Streamline though I do not recommend Fleeting Expertise on any Rhino build intending to use Roar / Stomp. I have a Roar and Stomp build as well though you may have trouble getting perfectly max Power Strength due to the mods needed for each build. Stomp doesn't have any conflicts. You can of course use another Arcane for Rhino though he doesn't make great use of most. Ultimatum or a weapon damage one is about it. EDIT: Oh forgot to mention, Always use Synth Deconstruct & Fiber with Health Conversion. Edited August 6, 2019 by Xzorn
