Orb Vallis Software Subterfuge Ambush Point Wont Spawn

Completing Stage 3/3 Software Subterfuge where you hack the Coildrive. I already completed this bounty once while out in the vallis. I don't know if its because I immediately activated the bounty again or if it was because Frost's bubble was in the EMP trap's spawn point, but the trap didn't spawn and now I am stuck with quest telling me to get to the ambush point and the ambush point no longer existing.

Same happened to me. It seems like the Frost Bubble buggs out the bounty and the trap won't spawn. Pls fix

I cannot reproduce this on my end. If you are still encountering this bug, please provide additional details, such as reproduction steps, what was happening before the issue started, possibly your build and settings. What kind of squad you were in (solo, host, client) In addition, videos and/or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is a very old thread and I am necroing it, but I managed to reproduce it. It seems that if you place a frost bubble on the point where the trap is supposed tp spawn ( for example if you repeat bounties and there is already a frost bubble at the waypoint), it wont spawn. The fix is easy. Use frost 1 to pop the bubble and the trap will spawn.

Maybe someone will stumble over this and find it useful.
