Life Support System bugged again?

I post about this before with a video link of my first encounter of this weird bug, Previously, I did not question the player if he had the same problem as me not able to see the timer, mini-map icons or notice the Life Support System is still at 100% not a single digit move at all... I thought I was lagging at first, but I did not see any skill delay, weapon swap jam or failed melee attacks etc. I also do not like to judge base on assumptions alone and call everyone a hacker.

Now I encountered it again but this time I question the people in it that use weird morse code like "****" and made sure I wasn't the host, lagging or people suspecting me as a cheater/hacker even though I want to clarify if this is caused by my internet or something else and I would not want to see anyone having this problem either.

Under Options, Interface you can turn on show FPS, then along the bottom left will be a bar with frame rate, time, ram and while in a mission, if you are not the host, it will show ping. Might give that a try and see. Other than that, I have no explanation.
