Is the bonus based off of kills made as a team and is shared or is it based on how many kills the person gets? Im hoping that its shared otherwise it would make dog days a competitive game mode, more akin to conclave. Second thing, for me, I find the alert fun but with one major problem. One of the enemies, don't remember their name just that they look like the fugitives with a small hat, is way too fast. I get that they are lightly "armored" and thus would be faster then the others. But in a game mode where we are using weapons that have an arch, travel time, and reduced range when fired too much makes hitting the clone of Usain bolt a pain. Plus with him shooting at you along side the other enemies, trying to kill him is going to get the player killed more often then not. Third thing, this being a bit more minor, but would it be possible for us to get more health in the higher stages? To better compensate the fact that the enemies get more health the higher level they are but ours stay at 100. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Firetempest Posted August 8, 2019 Share Posted August 8, 2019 There are so many more enemies in a squad of 4, while kill stealing will inevitably happen, it's not really easy to do purposely for how fast encounters happen and how instantly enemies respawn. It's better than what it was as you still get the guaranteed 50. But it will need more than a hotfix, and it won't likely happen this year to make the game mode itself better for participation and anti afk measures. evilChair Posted August 8, 2019 Share Posted August 8, 2019 (edited) again kmslol the kills bonus is individual. and lvl 4 is the top-shelf-top-bother mode. it's meant to be tough (though it ain't) and we're meant to pull up our sleeves (not too high up) to pass the cut (low). ~25 kills or bonus pearls per round is the average score, and that speedy SOB goes down if you catch him running from you in a straight line, cause the gun can stun, and then he's finished. i don't mean to sound hostile but it feels like you're just asking for preferential treatment while speaking for everyone. on a wholly unrelated, off-topic note - nukeframes hand ppl everything on a platter (even on, uh, well mot, in arbis, everywhere) and i stand by it that the main reason for anger over this event is that people actually have to bother for once. i'm not even that good at aiming (i'm pretty lousy at overwatch, for example, ppl say i have a high gold/low platinum MR's aim (=mediocre) but i'm in low silver because i'm simply even worse at tactising and shot-calling) and even i know how to get a minimum of 20 kills/round 4 on average. my apologies for making this into a personal ventpipe of sorts but the fact of the matter is that the playerbase is 1) dissatisfied with just one-shotting, 2) gets uproarious over having to two-shot, and 3) now this god-forbid kind of deluge of seething anger has come up because the minimal demand of not learning but simply getting a feel for track-aim and trajectory has given people rage-aneurysms cause this event clearly states "no, you can't instacook everything on the tile for prizes this one single time". The only time he's worth fighting is if he's running at you in a straight line. Otherwise just find Zura (the green Hyekka master) and kill her instead; you'll waste slightly less time, lose less health, and lose fewer brain cells Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
